We start by clarifying the role, the work it needs to carry and how you like to work. We then source and assess candidates ourselves, so the people you meet have already been screened for the role. You choose who fits your team.

Where are the specialists based?

Most of our specialists are based in the Philippines, chosen for strong English communication and useful working-hour overlap with Australia. Availability is agreed with you before a match is presented.

Will the specialist work in our systems?

Yes. Embedded specialists work inside your existing tools, communication channels, workflows and approval processes, and we help align expectations during onboarding.

Who manages the specialist day to day?

You do. Day-to-day priorities, business context and feedback come from your team, with PAM available to step in on relationship or performance concerns.

Pricing depends on the role, experience level, expected hours and engagement requirements. You receive a clear proposal and rate before proceeding, with no obligation to select a candidate.

Can we hire someone part-time?

Yes, depending on the role and candidate. We can explore part-time or full-time arrangements around the workload, continuity and working-hour expectations.

What happens if the placement is not the right fit?

Tell us as early as possible. We will review the concern, look at whether clearer expectations or extra support can resolve it, and agree the next step under your engagement terms.

What happens after I apply?

We review applications against current and upcoming client requirements. If your experience fits, we may invite you to an interview, a capability assessment, a portfolio review or a practical exercise for the role.

Does applying guarantee a client placement?

No. Applying or joining the network does not guarantee work. We contact you when your experience and availability line up with a suitable opportunity.

Where are the clients based?

Mostly Australia, along with other global markets. Working hours and required overlap vary by engagement, and we discuss them before any placement.

How are rates determined?

Rates depend on the role, your experience and capability, the working arrangement and the client engagement. We discuss commercial terms with shortlisted candidates before they accept an opportunity.

Does PAM provide support after placement?

Yes. We support onboarding and stay available during the engagement to help you and the client build an effective working relationship.
