Information you give us. When you submit a form — such as a Discovery Call request, a contact enquiry or a talent application — we collect the details you enter, including your name, email address, company, website, business type, team size, the capability gap you describe, preferred timing, and any notes. If you apply to join our talent network, we also collect your phone number, desired role, experience level, resume, portfolio or LinkedIn link and cover letter.

Source and campaign information. When you arrive at our site via a link that includes campaign parameters (such as UTM tags), we record those parameters with your submission so we understand which content and channels are working.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect technical information such as browser type, device, approximate location (country/region), pages visited and usage data through analytics and cookies.

We use personal information to:

• respond to your enquiry and prepare for a Discovery Call;
• assess fit and, where relevant, match you with a suitable specialist or project team;
• process and respond to talent applications;
• send you service-related communications and, where you have asked, marketing updates you can opt out of at any time;
• improve our website, content and services; and
• meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only as needed to operate our business: with our own team members who need it to respond to you, and with service providers we use under contract — such as hosting, email, calendar/scheduling, analytics and customer-relationship tools. These providers may process information in Australia or overseas (commonly the United States or the Philippines). We may also disclose information where required by law.

Because our talent is primarily Philippines-based and some of our tools are hosted overseas, your information may be handled outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected in line with this policy and Australian privacy law.

We store personal information using reputable, access-controlled services and limit access to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information using reasonable measures.

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected (for example, to progress an enquiry or application), and then delete or de-identify it unless we are required to keep it for legal or record-keeping reasons.

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us at the details below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and to remember your preferences. You can control or disable cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work correctly if cookies are disabled.

Our services are intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
